Advanced Solutions for Environmental
DESIGN
Integrated MEP Design Coordination (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing)
Integrated MEP design involves the multidisciplinary coordination of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems under the supervision of a lead designer. The activity ensures technical consistency, spatial integration, and regulatory compliance across disciplines. Key responsibilities include load and flow calculations, system sizing, energy efficiency analysis, equipment specification, and interference management. The designer is responsible for system sizing, energy efficiency strategies, load calculations, equipment selection, and the resolution of cross-disciplinary interferences. BIM methodologies are often employed to optimize coordination and support accurate implementation on site. The process adheres to relevant international and local standards such as IEC, ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO 50001, and EN 12831. Design and coordination are typically carried out using advanced BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP.
COSTRUCTION

We coordinate the full project lifecycle — from detailed engineering and procurement to construction and commissioning — with direct supervision of all phases through dedicated project management. By combining technical know-how with strategic partnerships, IPES guarantees efficient execution, quality control, and seamless integration of complex systems tailored to client needs and environmental goals.
CONSULTANCY
Environmental Regulatory Compliance and Permitting Support
IPES provide expert support in navigating environmental regulatory frameworks and obtaining the necessary permits for industrial and infrastructure projects. Our team assists clients in identifying applicable environmental laws and standards at local, national, and EU levels, including compliance with directives such as the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED 2010/75/EU), the Waste Framework Directive (2008/98/EC), and REACH/CLP regulations.
Services include environmental impact assessments (EIA), permit application preparation, technical documentation, stakeholder coordination, and interface with regulatory authorities. We ensure that projects are designed and implemented in full compliance with environmental obligations, minimizing delays and regulatory risks.
